This is from last year Color and Design class. We practiced mixing colors...and practiced mixing more colors. -_- Then we painted designs, and what not, by tapeing out an area and painting in each section individually..... -_- yip-ie...

Anyways this is one of my more complex ones. I really like how it came out. :)

now, a comment on the actual art.. love the stylization and the solid blocks of colors. sounds like a complicated way of painting. what kind of paint?

and the other carousel animals in the background (sort of) are cute! :D

I had to do that, instead we had to go to wal-mart's paint section and pick out the colors we were going to use and then we had to match that color cube so that the little squares we pasted on top pf the dried paint had to dissapear. it was hard.

I love this :D The horse is gorgeous and I love the little carousel animals in the background! So cute and sweet it looks like something that belongs in a little girl's room! The colors are perfect together, and now I want a deer carousel! :)
